What You’ll Do As a key member of our team, you will: Develop and enhance both existing and new features of our product suite, following the SAFe methodology. Utilize code reviews to drive quality improvements and facilitate knowledge sharing. Collaborate with Senior and Principal Developers to adopt and implement best practices, design patterns, and new technologies. Coach and mentor fellow developers in design, coding quality, automated testing, and managing technical debt. Provide technical guidance to help steer the team and achieve project objectives. Required Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications We are looking for candidates with: 6 years of development experience, including a minimum of 3 years in building web applications. 3 years of experience in .NET Core and ASP.NET Core. 3 years of expertise in C# and SQL Server, alongside 2 years of ASP.NET MVC experience. Familiarity with ASP.NET Web Forms and experience serving as a technical lead in small development teams. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban) and object-oriented principles including SOLID. Proficiency in ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework, Dapper, or NHibernate, as well as SOA/Microservices and NServiceBus. Excellent communication skills and an appreciation for the broader business context affecting our stakeholders.
