Due to continued investment and forecast growth, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to be part of our Project Management Team who are responsible for the planning and delivery of telecommunications projects for high profile customers.
What will you be doing?
As the Project Coordinator you will boast excellent co-ordination and clerical skills to support the Project Manager and to enable the team to achieve the project deliverables. You will possess the willingness to learn a range of projects to provide the necessary support to our teams.
You are likely to work 3 days at home and 2 days out of one of our offices (Surrey, Derby or Cambridgeshire).
What will your key responsibilities be?
Reporting project costs and finances based on project delivery on a regular basis to both internal and external customers.
Processing purchase orders and invoices as per the company timelines.
Liaising with customers to ensure project finance is raised/approved and passed to internal finance department for processing.
Monitoring progress and costs involved in the project.
Aligning the planning and scheduling of telecom installation / decommissioning works with project finance trackers.
Coordinating field engineer resource and materials, making sure all finance trackers are up to date and in line with customer commitments.
Liaising with internal and external customers including Field Engineering, Site Access Providers, Network Services Providers and Logistics.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
Experience of reporting on project costs and deliverables.
A strong background in scheduling and planning.
Proficient in all Microsoft packages.
A problem solver who is committed to excellent service.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise and work flexibly with changing priority.
Highly motivated.
Experience of working in the mobile telecommunications industry would be advantageous.
