Salary: Basic £60,000 + Quarterly Bonus (Profit Share) 25 Days Holiday + Expenses + Company Vehicle\n\nOur client is looking for an Operations Manager to lead and scale our installation process, ensuring efficient delivery of energy reduction solutions across some of the UK’s largest hospitality, leisure, and retail brands. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of setting up and managing processes that improve performance, resourcing, procurement, and operational efficiency.\n\nThis is a highly process-driven role, requiring experience in technology-based B2B project delivery. The Operations Manager will have full responsibility for resource allocation, system implementation, and ensuring quality installations while also driving continuous improvement in technology, accreditations, and training.\n\nThe role is 50% Office / 50% Site-Based\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Installation & Project Management - Oversee the deployment of Voltage Optimisation (VO) & PowerTune solutions across the UK.\n\n * Team Leadership - Manage and support:\n\n * 6 x 2-man installation teams\n\n * 1 Special Projects Team (higher value, more complex installations)\n\n * Snagging & Issue Resolution\n\n * Site Survey Teams x 2\n\n * Process Development - Implement ServiceM8 and other management systems to improve tracking, reporting, and performance.\n\n * Resource & Procurement Management - Ensure materials, personnel, and scheduling align with project deadlines.\n\n * Performance & KPI Tracking - Develop a structured performance tracking system to ensure efficiency and reward high performance.\n\n * Compliance & Accreditations - Work towards achieving higher industry accreditations to support business growth.\n\n * Senior Management Reporting - Provide monthly performance reviews on revenue vs.
target and team efficiency.\n\nOperational Focus Areas\n\nThe Operations Manager will ensure the end-to-end process of delivering energy-saving solutions runs efficiently:\n\n 1. Acquisition & Sale - Aligning with commercial teams to ensure smooth project handover.\n\n 2. Site Surveys & Data Logging - Overseeing site assessments and ensuring pre-installation accuracy.\n\n 3.
Project Management & Onboarding - Managing client onboarding, RAMS, and logistics.\n\n 4. Installation & Activation - Ensuring projects adhere to shutdown schedules and activation processes.\n\n 5. Monitoring & Verification - Tracking post-installation performance and reporting ROI.\n\n 6.
