As part of our Account Management Team, you will play a vital role in our future as part of a successful, growing team. This is a real opportunity for you to develop, working closely with the Key Account Manager.
In this position you will:
1. Manage the internal processes for transactional sales activities, assisting with pricing renewals, and handling day-to-day queries;
2. Create tenders, managing sales operations, and ensure accurate pricing;
3. Maintain customer data in the CRM system, accurately and in line with GDPR and Information Security Policies.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
1. Experience in handling customer queries, especially related to rates and data requests;
2. Familiarity with using CRM systems to maintain and update customer data.
