Purpose of the Role: To take responsibility for all office management duties ensuring high quality reception service is provided. Supervise alliance facilities management requirements, being the main point of contact for all office related issues. Management of all accommodation and booking requirements across the alliance, identifying cost savings where possible. Provide support to the Executive Assistant and Alliance Management Team by preparing documents and arranging meetings and events as required.
