About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform Support Analyst to join our dynamic and hands-on team. As an IAM Platform Support Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting technology-based changes within the security environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with different business teams to support the uptake of security platforms
* Support and implement technology changes to platforms such as IdentityNow and ServiceNow
* Train to support the Identity Now access management solution, with a view to train to move into a more technical development role
* Review controls and report any risks identified within your day-to-day activities
* Support and analyse issues across mainframe, Wintel and database environments
Requirements
* Previous experience in areas such as identity lifecycle management, access management, single sign-on, identity federation, privileged access management, access certification
* Strong analytical skills and experience in development
* Knowledge of at least two of the following technologies: Powershell, API's/REST, SQL Server, Linux command line and tools such as Putty/Filezilla and Postman
* Someone who isn't afraid to ask questions if they are unsure of the solution – the team are more than happy to help
* Sailpoint and/or mainframe experience would be a huge plus
