Our client is a franchised dealership, who are now seeking to recruit an exceptional and experienced Sales Controller for their busy and thriving site.
Working Hours:
8:30-6:00pm 5 Days per week Monday – Saturday with one 7pm finish on rota.
Responsibilities:
1. Report to the General Sales Manager and coordinate the daily activities of the Sales Executives.
2. Provide support, coaching, and assistance to maximize sales volume and profitability, being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’s.
3. Oversee the enquiry management process.
4. Promote the professional image of the dealership and ensure customer satisfaction standards are maintained.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets.
6. Be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals/valuations, controlling, and sales deals.
As a Sales Controller, you:
1. Will have experience of working as either Sales Controller, Business Manager, or Transaction Manager.
2. Will have a good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative; DO training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulation.
3. Will be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.
4. Will have a positive, customer-focused attitude and approach to your work.
5. Will have proven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management, and administrative duties.
6. Must have a valid driving licence.
