Cineworld Telford is a vibrant 11-screen cinema located at Southwater Square. It is a complexity 4 cinema containing both IMAX and 4DX screens along with a Starbucks store. The management team consists of a General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers, 1 Starbucks Store Manager, 3 Team Leaders, and 2 Starbucks Supervisors.
Team Member
As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for making sure every customer has an unrivalled cinema experience. You’ll be out there as the face of Cineworld, meeting, greeting, and providing a superior standard of service to our customers in the various offer areas. Whether selling tickets, selling freshly prepared popcorn, or showing people to their seats, you and your teammates will ensure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Cash Handling
2. Food Handling (Including Stock Replenishment)
3. Cleaning
4. Heavy Lifting
5. Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
6. Increasing Sales
7. Maintaining Standards
8. Following Policies and Procedures
9. Dealing Face to Face with large Groups of People
