This is a Part Time - 29 hours per week, 24 month Fixed Term Contract.
The location of this role is Swindon where we offer hybrid working, you will be based in the Swindon office and from home.

What you will be doing
As our Accounts Payable Assistant, you will accurately check and process payment transactions in line with organisational and customers' Service Level Agreement Key Performance Indicators, providing first contact point customer response and delivering timely, efficient and effective administrative support.
You will accurately process supplier invoices, grants, payment requests, volunteer expense claims and associated transactions (including BACS rejects, cancelled and uncleared cheques), in line with desk procedures.
Also carrying out Accounts Payable processing related control checks as required.
