The role
supports children and young people to maximise independence by providing advice and information, via provision of equipment, and be responsible for making recommendations for a wide variety of interventions including minor and major adaptations as well as dealing with housing related matters. The successful applicant will also complete manual handling risk assessments and training will be provided for the successful candidate.
You will have experience in;
Applicants will be required to hold a degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy and must already be registered as an Occupational Therapist with the Health and Care Professions Council, having relevant experience of working in a social care setting, or within paediatric services.

Ideally you will have;
