About the opportunity:
We are partnering with a pioneering, VC-backed robotics software start-up that is revolutionising how developers and businesses bring robots to life. They are looking to hire an Operations and Finance Administrator to support their growing team.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and triage the company inbox, directing tasks to relevant team members
2. Assist with delegation of duties across departments for operational efficiency
3. Support the finance team with expense processing and administrative tasks
4. Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-ups
5. Arrange company events, travel, and flights
6. Triage and resolve customer support tickets in collaboration with the technical team
7. Provide direct customer support when needed, ensuring excellent service
8. Act as a central point of contact for administrative queries
Requirements:
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
1. Previous experience in an administrative or business support role
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
6. Customer service experience with a proactive approach
7. Experience in a fast-paced or start-up environment (desirable)
