Your new role
Joining a very cohesive team providing what is currently an increasingly preventative maintenance service through good planning and management. The equipment is modern and the management team are very supportive of the team to help them technically and professionally. You are ensuring downtime is minimal and contributing to an ever improving OEE score through continually improving how maintenance is analysed and approached. You will also work in one of the most pleasant production environments we have seen.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for some multi-skilled maintenance experienced ideally in a production environment.
What you'll get in return
A 36-hour week pays £45,300 which is £ per hour. This means you reach an over-time rate sooner, paid at time and a half so your earnings inparison to other similarpanies can be higher. Thepany have a shift pattern over 5 weeks that also gives you 2 weeks off in the middle so your annual leave stretches further. They also have a generous sickpay scheme to look after you.
