The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the HR function across a broad spectrum of people matters globally, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the HR team throughout the employee life cycle.
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for enhancing the HR team's effectiveness, providing advice, support and fostering positive relationships across various stakeholders in multiple countries.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner you will have a huge factor within other departments supporting all ER, Rewards, L&D and much more!
The Role:
Coordination of recruitment activities, including job specification creation, interview schedules, and candidate screening.
Coaching line managers on low-level employee relations cases and coordinating employee probationary periods.
Supporting the HR team in designing and implementing training interventions.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensuring training compliance.
Providing HR metrics and insights to the wider business...
