Job Summary
McMonagle Stone is seeking a highly organized and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Contact potential customers and present our products to maximize sales.
* Negotiate terms with customers and complete sales transactions.
* Process and manage sales orders directly from customers and sales executives.
* Lead and mentor the depot sales team, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and achieving individual targets.
* Process quotation requests directly from customers, estimators, and sales staff, adhering to departmental process requirements.
* Develop new business relationships and generate leads through cold calls and existing customer interactions.
* Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers via email and telephone.
* Deal competently with all incoming phone calls and emails from customers while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
* Assist with administrative tasks for existing customers.
* Maintain the CRM system.
* Collaborate with management and other staff to ensure efficient promotion and running of the business.
* Ensure and maintain utmost confidentiality of information.
Requirements:

* Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Experience with Sage software or similar ERP systems is essential.
* Previous experience in an office environment is required.
