Role Description
This is a remote, volunteer opportunity based in Manchester for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR at Prana Tech, you’ll play a key role in our B2B go-to-market strategy — identifying, qualifying, and initiating outreach to high-potential SME prospects.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Client discovery & sourcing
2. LinkedIn/email/phone call outreach
3. Booking qualified calls
4. CRM data entry
5. Working alongside the founders and Head of Sales to build the sales pipeline
You’ll help us connect with forward-thinking businesses that value employee wellness but lack structured health solutions.
What we’re looking for
Experience
1. SDR, BDR, inside sales, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
2. Experience using one or more of the following: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive), email sequencing tools
3. Experience booking sales-qualified meetings or demos
Skills and Attributes
1. Strong written & verbal communication
2. Highly organised with attention to detail
3. Confident, resilient, and proactive with outreach
4. Strong interest in wellness, startups, and HealthTech
5. Able to work independently and manage your own pipeline
6. Research-oriented — comfortable identifying new leads
7. Entrepreneurial mindset — not afraid to test, iterate, and hustle
Bonus Points
1. Experience selling to HR teams or people operations
2. Understanding of B2B SaaS or recurring revenue models
3. Familiarity with health & wellbeing trends or products
