The Role: Key Account Manager
You'll manage a portfolio of key clients, develop new business opportunities, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. This is a field-based role - You must be flexible to meet clients across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
2. Developing and maintaining a healthy, qualified sales pipeline
3. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
4. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions
5. Providing high-level customer service and follow-up
6. Working in a hybrid setup (Lancaster HQ + home-based flexibility)
What You'll Bring:
1. A background in Account Management or B2B Sales
2. Consistent track record of meeting sales targets
3. Strong business planning and analytical skills
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
5. Self-starter mentality with a team-player attitude
6. Industry experience is helpful but not essential
