Overseeing a small, skilled team, you will ensure timely reporting and compliance, whilst providing key support on budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes across the group. Your role will be integral in building robust financial procedures and contributing to strategic projects that support business growth.Main Role Duties:• Support the Finance Director with preparation and presentation of board pack reports• Oversee and lead the Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely month-end accounts• Act as a business partner across departments and sites to support financial performance• Review monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations• Maintain and improve financial processes, procedures, and internal controls• Deliver insightful financial reports to track results, trends, and rolling forecasts• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts with the wider finance team• Regularly analyse financial performance to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities• Provide financial insight for ongoing projects and support strategic growth initiativesExperience & Qualifications Required to Apply:To be considered, you will be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, with a strong track record in a finance leadership role. Experience in a multi-site or group accounting environment is essential.
You will have demonstrable ability to implement and improve processes, lead teams, and provide commercial insight.
