Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and benchmarking to provide data-driven insights into compensation trends.
2. Support the design and implementation of salary reviews, bonus structures, and benefit programs.
3. Analyse employee data to inform reward strategies and ensure internal equity.
4. Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to ensure reward policies are aligned with business goals.
5. Assist with job evaluations, grading structures, and annual compensation cycles.
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Experience in a Reward Analyst or related role.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
3. Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
4. Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks.
5. Ability to communicate findings clearly and collaborate with various stakeholders.
