This role will provide key administrative support to our client's Tunbridge Wells office to enable effective and seamless day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities
* To support the Meetings and Events Manager with various meetings relating to projects and tasks.
* Meeting and greeting visitors, accompanying them to the meeting room if required and ensuring a positive guest experience.
* Meeting room booking and arranging.
* Maintaining an electronic filing system, ensuring detailed and accurate information is recorded.
* Scanning and distribution of incoming mail and outgoing mail.
* Handling document control including document collating, scanning, and printing.
* Working closely with on site reception and security staff to manage visitors.
* Monitor and respond to messages in group bookings inbox.
* Manage stocks of stationery and office supplies, placing orders using procurement system.
What you'll need to succeed
* Being able to adapt to a variety of scenarios and situations professionally.
* A willingness to learn.
* Confident
* Computer skills (Excel, Word).
* Happy to work 5 days a week on site, 40 hours (Monday to Friday)
