A vacancy has arisen for a Store Manager at our Teesside Branch. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED candidate in retail and floor coverings.
Competitive salary including commission.
Previous flooring experience is beneficial.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Assigning work and maintaining team results.
* Ensuring a safe and clean store environment.
* Providing outstanding customer service and professional advice to all clients.
* Measuring and estimating with confidence in clients' homes.
* Maintaining the appearance and efficient operation of the store.
* Assisting with our warehouse operation.
* Getting involved in other aspects of the business.
The successful applicant will be required to work 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, to include every Saturday.
