We are currently seeking Cover Supervisors to join our agency and provide support to schools across Birmingham. As a Cover Supervisor, your role will involve supervising students in the absence of their regular teacher, ensuring that work is completed, managing classroom behaviour, and maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. You will have the opportunity to work across various schools, both on a day-to-day and long-term basis, gaining valuable experience and making a real impact on students' education.
