Role Overview
We are seeking an NVH Acoustic Engineer to join our UK-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing current and future vehicle programs and methodologies in Airborne Noise CAE.
The ideal candidate will have experience using VA One Software, proficient in geometry preparation and meshing, and extensive experience in acoustics, noise, and vibration analysis. They should also have expertise in SEA in the Automotive sector, ideally at an established OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
Main Responsibilities:
* Build, assemble and analyze complete vehicle and system level SEA models for airborne noise simulation and optimization.
* Present SEA results and contribute with recommended solutions to achieve airborne noise requirements in challenging spaces with mass efficiency and follow the design release verification. Correlate SEA results to bench test data on prototype and production vehicles and subsystems.
Requirements:
* M.Sc. or higher education in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Experience using VA One Software.
* Proficient in geometry preparation and meshing.
* Extensive experience in acoustics, noise, and vibration analysis.
* Expertise in SEA in the Automotive sector.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
