These will be scheduled Monday-Sunday on a rota basis and can include sleep-ins, waking nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays. We can accommodate flexible working requests and part-time hours to meet personal requirements, which can be discussed at interview. You can pick up additional hours at an hourly rate of £12 per hour under our separate relief contract. Your Role You will deliver high quality, safe, and person-centred support to the people using our services. This includes personal care and supporting people to live the life they choose. Your Responsibilities: Provide excellent support with personal care to maintain high hygiene standards Help to maintain a happy and stimulating physical environment Provide a choice of activities based on individual preferences Maintain a high standard of living, including cooking, shopping, and laundry Support with day-to-day finances Assist with medical appointments and health needs Support with moving and handling equipment, maintaining dignity Administer medication as per individual plans Encourage participation in leisure, work, or voluntary activities Report on any incidents/concerns according to health and safety protocols In certain areas, you may be asked to provide support services to young people.
