They are looking for an experienced Individual Giving Project Manager to drive growth across a variety of income streams. From managing campaigns like cash appeals and regular giving to spearheading innovative approaches in lottery and legacy fundraising, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact. Leading a team of two, you will work collaboratively to deliver results that make a lasting difference.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and implement dynamic multi-channel campaigns that engage donors and boost fundraising efforts.
2. Innovate strategies for growing lottery programmes, encouraging legacy giving, and enhancing in-memory donations.
3. Oversee budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of activities while tracking and reporting on performance.
4. Inspire and lead your team to achieve shared goals, ensuring high levels of collaboration and motivation.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. You have a proven history in individual giving or related fundraising fields, with a knack for achieving ambitious targets.
2. Skilled in data-driven decision-making, you thrive on analysing performance and refining strategies for success.
3. Strong leadership and organisational skills enable you to manage multiple projects while supporting team growth.

The Details:
1. Salary: £36,000 - £40,000.
2. Flexible location: work from anywhere in the UK, with weekly travel to the office during the initial period.
