Quality Engineers
Location: RG7 4PR, located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking.
Package: Starting from £37,860 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience)

AWE is currently recruiting for Quality Engineers. We have a number of exciting opportunities across our Quality function, and we are looking for experienced Quality Engineers who have a background within any of the following disciplines:
* Production
* Science
* Manufacturing
As a Quality Engineer you will deliver Quality technical assistance in support of AWE Programmes, applying Quality methods, tools and techniques to deliver solutions that will maximise productivity, reliability, innovation, and quality to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support delivery of technical assessments using appropriate methodologies and contributing to capability development.
* Attend design/technical/task reviews, defect reviews and stakeholder meetings as required to ensure Quality is considered at all stages.
* Effective stakeholder management, engaging others in order to complete the tasks.
* Identify and support opportunities for cost savings, efficiency and business improvement.
* The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs.
Important things you need to know:
* You will need to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role. This will be funded by AWE. The nature of our work does mean you need to be a British Citizen who has been resident in the UK for the past 5 years in order to apply for SC clearance and 10 years for DV.
