Field Quality Assurance Specialist, Country Aces and Quality Team

Operations is the heart of Amazon. As a member of the ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) and Quality team, you will address complex challenges and optimize delivery station operations by providing knowledge and tools to improve performance. Your goal is to design and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience, focusing on Amazon’s delivery network and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Complete daily address data quality routines to improve delivery quality.
2. Monitor and analyze data to track key quality metrics.
3. Conduct audits, assessments, and deep dives of field processes.
4. Utilize logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify improvements.
5. Communicate quality issues impacting customer experience.
6. Verify access codes and delivery instructions, updating records as needed.

About the Team
Amazon Logistics (AMZL) manages last-mile delivery via third-party partners, focusing on operational excellence and innovative delivery solutions like Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, and Amazon Restaurants. Our team supports both 'under the roof' processing and 'on the road' delivery via Amazon Flex, striving to enhance customer experience and reduce our carbon footprint with advanced vehicles and technology.
Basic Qualifications
* Proficiency in German (C1 CEFR), both written and spoken.
* Experience with data analytics to identify issues.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
* Customer service skills for effective communication.
* Experience with transportation management systems.
* Parcel delivery experience and geographic expertise.
