As a support worker you will be a committed and caring individual with relevant experience of working in a social care setting in the UK. Shift patterns tend to be a mixture of earlies, lates and sleepovers across the week including weekends.

The successful Support Worker will be responsible for:
Providing practical support and encouragement across all aspects of people's everyday lives, including support with relationships,mobility, medications, meals, emotions, personal care, money and budgets, health and well-being,communication, planning for the future, participation in sports and leisure activities, and any other aspect of life that is recorded within someone's care plan.
In ordered to be considered for this post, you must be:
Qualified to minimum SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care (Desirable)
Flexible - being able to work a variety on shifts
Have a minimum 12 months UK experience, working within a care setting (Desirable)
