About the Role As the Associate Director of Operations, you will be spearheading the strategic planning, execution, and delivery for the E&C Division’s key operational functions, including Energy Procurement, Portfolio & Pricing, Commission & Rebates, Business Improvement, and Business Delivery. Your leadership will ensure that our services are efficient, compliant, and ready to expand into new markets. What you’ll bring: Proven experience in senior operations leadership roles. Strong strategic analytical skills with commercial acumen to identify risks and opportunities. Expertise in leading system, data and process transformation projects. Proven track record of delivering against P&L and/or accountability for maintaining an efficient cost base. Deep knowledge of compliance, risk management, and business continuity strategies. Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills. Experience within Energy or Carbon sector is desirable. What you’ll achieve: Develop and lead a transformational data and systems strategy to enable the continued growth and evolution of our services, Management of senior leaders across diverse operational and technical teams. Drive the delivery of energy procurement and pricing services, ensuring compliance and best practices. Oversee business management functions, including risk management, GDPR, and business continuity. Ensure robust processes for supplier rebate and commission claims to support forecasting. Align operational delivery with internal processes, legislation, and contractual commitments. Collaborate with the Energy Senior Management Team to contribute to the division’s strategic growth and continuous improvement. Foster an inclusive and high-performing culture across teams.
