Package: Competitive basic salary with an £8k car allowance, 10% bonus scheme, 26 days holidays, healthcare & pension.
Territory: East Anglia and the Northern Home Counties - Leicester to Watford and everything East of the M1.
Products: Exterior decorative cladding / Fibre cement facades.
Customers: National house builders, regional developers, contractors, architects, specifiers, merchants, and distributors.
THE ROLE – Area Sales Manager:
* A field-based territory sales role inheriting an established and well-performing area.
* Promoting an industry-leading range of fibre cement exterior decorative cladding planks, that come in a wide range of colours and textures.
* Tracking and winning residential projects from the regional offices of national house builders, as well as regional developers, contractors, architects, and specifiers.
* Managing the relationship with a portfolio of merchants and distributors that your projects will be back-sold through.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT - Area Sales Manager:
* A field sales professional with experience from within the construction industry.
* This could have been gained from manufacturer, distributor, or merchant.
* The role comes with full product training, and my client is happy to recruit from any construction background.
* You will be professional and structured in your sales approach, with first-class communication and presentation skills, and looking for a career, not just a job.
