Description
The key responsibilities of an Executive Assistant candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
* Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
* Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
* Manage leadership calendar and schedule appointments.
* Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, such as staff appreciation events and group meetings.
* Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents.
* Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
* Manage expense reports.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
