Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Training Coordinator to join our team at Dynamic Training. The Training Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, facilitation, and evaluation of training programmes for both internal and external customers. Collaborating closely with key staff members and stakeholders, the Training Coordinator will through structured planning, coordination and delivery ensure all aspects of training delivery, resource preparation, feedback monitoring, evaluation reporting, record maintenance, and programme progression. The role involves direct administrative and coordinating support of Dynamic's commercial and funded training initiatives, adhering to policies and regulations, and fostering collaboration with different departments and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Programme Coordination
* Coordinate and prepare for the delivery of commercially funded programmes, ensuring resource arrangements are communicated to all parties including but not exclusively Oliver McGowan Tier 1, Tier 2 and Train the Facilitator training programmes.
* Manage commercial workshop bookings to avoid oversubscription and ensure quality standards are met.
* Capture and document learner feedback and impact data across Dynamic's commercial training programmes.
* Ensure effective communication of joining instructions to learner, employers and staff in a timely manner in preparation for delivery.
* Liaise with stakeholders and venues to plan for necessary equipment, directions, travel arrangements, and safe environments for both staff and learners.
* Document, track, follow up, and manage the status of all commercial activities and requests for information from external and internal sources.
* Assist the Training Manager with client communications, including scheduling review meetings and preparing reports.
Invoicing and Financial Reporting
* Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing of clients and receipt of Purchase Orders.
* Prepare financial data, such as invoicing records and purchase orders, to support the Training Manager’s financial reporting duties.
* Ensure accurate tracking of financial transactions related to training programs and assist in resolving any discrepancies.
Metrics and Reporting
* Collect and organise data related to training metrics, client satisfaction, and business growth objectives to assist the Training Manager in preparing performance reports.
* Maintain up-to-date records of programme outcomes and learner feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
Trainer Performance Monitoring
* Gather trainer performance data, including feedback forms and attendance records, for review by the Training Manager.
* Maintain organised records of trainer performance and escalate any concerns or issues to the Manager for further action.
Trainer Support
* Provide support and clear instructions to trainers, maintaining positive relationships and utilizing their preferred communication methods.
* Assist in recruiting freelance trainers, gathering records of professional qualifications and continuous professional development.
General Duties:
* Actively promote and market Dynamic Training UK Ltd and present a positive image of the company.
* Undergo any self-development and training as necessary for success in the role.
* Maintain compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures including GDPR, Equality and Diversity, safeguarding, health and safety, and disability confidence.

* Work collaboratively with the Oliver McGowan Training team and the wider Commercial Training department to achieve key performance indicators.
* Support the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with employers, learners, and staff.
