1. Budgeting and Cost Control:Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are accurately tracked and controlled throughout the project life-cycle.
2. Pricing and Tendering:Prepare accurate and competitive tenders for slip-form and cladding projects, ensuring profitability.
3. Contract Negotiation:Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, securing favourable terms and conditions.
4. Financial Reporting:Prepare regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
5. Procurement Strategy:
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with project goals and objectives, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services.
