Are you an experienced finance professional with experience working in a fast-paced environment? Do you have strong working experience using Microsoft Excel for analysis? What’s it all about?
As our Investment Analyst, you’ll support the development team in delivering the room growth assumptions included in the business plan. A key part of the role is supporting the process for new opportunities including financial modelling and initial assessment to help prepare papers to board for approval.
You will be a key business partner and engage with stakeholders as well as responsible for the preparation of financial appraisal and detailed acquisition papers for proposed new hotel schemes for presentation to the Investment board for approval.

Who will this appeal to?
You'll be an experienced self-starting finance professional working towards your qualifications (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA). You will have strong experience using Excel as well as creating financial reports.
In addition to the above, you will be able to demonstrate both written and verbal ability to communicate financial terms effectively to non-finance staff.
