Annual bonus and ‘13th month’ payment given with Xmas pay - this can add circa £5k PA 21 days holiday bank holidaysShifts earliest 7-4, latest 9-6 and 1 Saturday morning in 4. The Role As the Training & Development Executive, you will learn the bespoke system and sit with newcomers to train on the system. You will also be coaching and supporting under performers and doing quality control, listening in to calls. An existing training manual exists and there is support for your learninng. - Implement training programs for new starters and current operational staff.- Conduct onboarding sessions and ongoing skill development workshops.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.- Utilise modern training techniques, including e-learning and hands-on workshops.- Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.- Collaborate with leadership to align training strategies with company goals.
