Job Title: Adults Occupational Therapist
Location: Walsall Council
Rate: £30 per hour

Liquid personnel is hiring for an Adult Occupational Therapist to join the team at Walsall Council.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work within the Intermediate Care Team to provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions. You will support adults to regain independence and improve their quality of life following illness or injury. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assessing the needs of adults
2. Developing and implementing care plans
3. Providing therapeutic interventions
4. Coordinating care and support with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations
5. Providing advice and support to families and caregivers
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all assessments, interventions, and outcomes
7. Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to the development of service improvements
8. Engaging in ongoing professional development and training
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
1. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
2. Eligibility to work in the UK
3. A full UK driving license
4. Post-qualified experience
5. A degree level or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy
