Your main purpose will be to oversee the successful delivery of Abri’s flagship regeneration scheme at Sawyers Close in Windsor () ensuring our customers remain at the very heart of the project. The ideal candidate for this role will have substantial experience in housing led regeneration with a track record of delivering both physical and social change and hold a relevant professional qualification of RICS/CIOB/RIBA/CIH for this leadership post or an equivalent through previous relevant training or experience. You must have the ability to effectively lead multi-disciplinary internal and external teams and have strong influencing and communication skills in order to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. We are looking for someone with strong experience in being responsible for leading major projects.
