The Opportunity: We are looking for an Implementation Lead to join our growing commercial team here at Found by Lottie. This is an exciting and challenging position that requires organisation, project management, strategic thinking and strong communication skills. You will be working closely with new and existing Found partners as well as the wider commercial team. You will be given autonomy in your work from day one, though with guidance and training. You will own this part of the customer journey within Found and be the leading commercial figure in driving adoption of the Found product among new partners, implementing enterprise accounts and further developing the Found Billing Module. What you’ll be doing Bridging the gap between sales and customer success by leading on the implementation and onboarding of Found with medium/large/enterprise care groups.
