We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Quality Improvement Technician.
In this role, you will be the primary representative of the QSHE Team, actively engaging with cross-functional Department Heads to systematically improve the quality of Megger Instruments Limited (MIL) products. Your primary focus will be on analysing data, identifying trends, and leading quality improvement activities. By standardizing systems and processes, you will help reduce variation and achieve consistent, predictable results, leading to better outcomes for both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyse data to identify opportunities for quality improvement.
2. Use robust problem-solving techniques to identify root causes of nonconformity.
3. Lead quality improvement activities and projects across departments.
4. Prevent the recurrence of causes of nonconformity and ensure sustainable improvements.
5. Perform internal QHSE audits and maintain QMS documented procedures/processes.
6. Provide support and cover for QHSE colleagues when necessary.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
1. Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
2. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
3. Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
4. Recent & relevant experience in a similar role.
5. Certified ISO9001 Internal Auditor.
6. Competent in using root cause analysis tools & techniques.
