Dealing with calls relating to user profiles, logins and passwords, price change and discount issues. Supporting site staff on the processes and functionality of the commercial systems, including Trade visits, stock management, cycle counts and reporting. Supporting site staff at high profile events involving occasional weekend working Communicating directly with internal and external customers via phone, email and remote diagnostics to identify, reproduce and resolve customer reported software issues. Solving a wide range of technical queries relating to Galaxy point of sale, webstore, access control, retail stock control system. Add card payment systems – physical and online. Supporting the Admissions and Sales Team on the processes and functionality of all online sales channels, including consumer webstore and the Group Sales portal. System Administration: Implementing changes to existing products and the addition of new admissions products to the Galaxy ticketing system, on point of sale and webstore. Implementing promotions and discounts on Galaxy and Counterpoint (both point of sale and online). Assisting with the re-opening (and closing) of the seasonal sites. Daily interface check ensuring sales and stock data is up to date. Configuring high profile events on the webstore. Installation and configuration of credit card terminals. Engage with IT colleagues and third-party suppliers to ensure all systems issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Providing technical and system usage advice to site staff and HQ teams. System Testing Assist in testing new developments and processes Testing systems during upgrades Testing and checking for web event tickets System Documentation: Assist with the maintaining and updating of all commercial system related user manuals. Review and update procedure documents.
