Reporting to: Senior Brand Manager
Position Overview
At Yoplait, our brands and consumers are at the heart of our business. Our +125MM Yoghurt portfolio contains many household names such as Petits Filous, Frubes and Yop. This junior marketing role will be supporting the Senior Brand Manager and wider marketing team and offers plenty of opportunities to grow and develop as a commercial marketer by getting involved in a wide range of marketing projects with real business impact. The successful candidate will have brand responsibilities and support the marketing team to bring to life the Annual Brand Plan to deliver revenue and profit targets. We're looking for a future marketing star: someone who is curious, creative and open minded, is passionate to learn and embrace new experiences. Your work will contribute to growing our business in the UK and you'll have a chance to grow as a marketer.
Key Responsibilities
* Ownership of brand projects
* Use data and insights to develop compelling future growth strategies
* Deliver projects including innovation, renovation, pack design, consumer research
* Foster strong working relationships and influence cross-functional teams and external agencies
* Support the commercial team to develop and deliver compelling selling stories
* Execute media and shopper plans
* Regular and adhoc brand performance analysis to identify key insights and opportunities
* Budget Management
Position Criteria
* University Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
* 2 years of experience minimum in a marketing related role
* Project management experience
* Strong organizational skills
* Demonstrate your leadership ability and teamwork
* Agility, can work with ambiguity, and offer innovation solutions, be resilient to the changing marketplace dynamics
* Comfortable using data and insight to make informed decisions
* Be fluent in English (French is a plus)
* Excellent communication, ambitious and proactive individual
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: base salary up to £48,000 + 8% bonus
