As an Office Administrator/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our organisation, providing essential support to ensure smooth office operations.
Hours: 3:30pm - 7:45pm Tuesday to Thursday.
Term time only.
Qualifications:
* Must be an excellent communicator with experience in reception and office work.
* Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* As you will be in contact with children, you MUST hold an enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) certificate. This can be applied for after successful appointment to the post, if you don't already hold one.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
* Manage incoming calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized records using Microsoft Office and our own bespoke software.
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
* Follow safeguarding procedures.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.68-£12.94 per hour
Expected hours: 12.75 per week
