As the sharp end of the sales cycle, you will consult closely with warm leads to establish interest and pitch sponsorship packages suitable to the clients. Responsibilities Spearhead sales strategies across the client's comprehensive suite of summits, championing existing projects. Collaborate with the research team to deeply understand and engage with the target audience, fostering strong client relationships. Proactively research the market landscape to unearth and qualify fresh leads, driving new business opportunities. Commit to a minimum of five meaningful calls per day, setting the standard for effective client communication. Represent the company at key industry events, whilst coordinating your own business development meetings to establish client rapport. Secure new business with confidence, adeptly meeting and exceeding sales targets. Diligently manage and execute sponsorship deliverables in line with contractual agreements. Requirements Demonstrated sales prowess with a track record of substantial sales achievements. A resolute and goal-orientated professional, eager to exceed financial objectives with an entrepreneurial zeal. A genuine enthusiasm for sustainability innovations and technology advancements. A dynamic work ethic with the capacity to thrive in a rapid-paced sales environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts with clarity. At least 2-3 years' B2B sales experience, dealing with senior-level executives. Concrete grasp of the consultative sales approach, with a skill for building robust sales pipelines. Familiarity with sales CRMs, such as Salesforce, Goldmine, or ZoHo. Willing to engage in international travel and adjust working hours to align with target markets.
