Our multi-million-pound regeneration projects include the development of leisure, industrial, retail and operational sites, and we’re investing £150 million in people’s homes over the next five years with a target of being net zero by 2030.We are looking to recruit a Fire Safety Compliance Officer to be responsible for helping meet statutory, non-statutory and Asset related obligations and reporting on and improving property compliance, including the provision of contract management, quality assurance, relevant legal services, and support with property access issues.Main ResponsibilitiesAs Compliance Officer for Fire Safety, you will ensure we meet our statutory obligations and champion best practice as you maintain building compliance, support project management and monitor contract performance.The Ideal CandidateFor the specialist Fire Safety role, you will require a NEBOSH certificate or equivalent.
