Sales Administrator \n\n26k - 30k Per annum \nUxbridge - UB8 \n\nResponsibilities:\n\nProviding direct line support for the Technical Sales Team.\nManagement of customer account setup, forms to fill, payment and monitoring.\nManage credit limits and customer issues (in consultation with team leader).\nImplement agreed pricing of new and existing products.\nPreparation of pricing and stock / stock plus quotation estimates.\nTaking phone inquiries, raising sales leads\nSending literature\nDealing with phone / email / website inquiries\nPreparing detailed stock and stock plus quotations\nProcessing inquiries / quotations into SORS orders\nCollating order processing information into job folders\nRaising SDNs delivery notes,\nOrder Acknowledgments,\nRaising SIN Invoices, SCR Credit Notes, SRC processing Sales Payment Receipts\nChecking stock records\nProducing in-house documentationReporting Structure:\n\nReporting to the Sales Admin Team LeaderKey Internal Relationships:\n\nManaging Director\nFinance Director\nSales Director / Sales Manager\nPurchasing Manager\nCAD & Technical Manager\nProduction Manager \n\nCandidate Specification\n\nBackground:\n\nIdeally, a degree-educated person with direct experience in the roles listed above. Experience working within manufacturing businesses and knowledge of pipe racking systems is not essential, but highly desirable.\n\nWith a good understanding of customer service, you will have spent most of your career in office-based roles and can quickly learn and understand all administrative or office-based processes. The job will also involve discussions with customers and our sales, technical & production teams, so confident and clear communication skills are required.\n\nExperience:\n\nMust have office-based experience\nMust also be able to evidence delivery of processes and improvements\nExperience in lean manufacturing preferred\nMicrosoft Office experience - Excel/Word etc\nPersonal Attributes:\nSelf-starter with initiative - can make it happen\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nPositive and good communicator - strong presentation skills\nTeam player\nPrepared to be involved in other aspects of the company's operation as requested.
