Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Administration Manager for 18 Weeks / Validation at the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, Guildford. This is a permanent position. The post holder has the responsibility of ensuring that the systems and processes within the 18 Week Validation team meet all local and national policies and procedures. The post holder will be required to have an excellent understanding of 18 weeks/RTT, patient pathways and the national and local rules regarding this access target. The post holder will need to provide support, training, development and advice to the team. Monitoring of team productivity and audit is also a key part of the role, addressing any areas of variance or concern. The successful candidate will ensure that the validation entered onto our PAS/Cerner (Millennium ePR) [Patient Administration System] is accurately recorded, succinct and in the correct format, in line with national rules around 18 weeks/RTT.
