We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our regional mobile team in Worthing. In this role, you will assist in the efficient delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple sites, with a primary focus on electrical systems. You will also support other disciplines as required, ensuring all activities meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities Technical Duties Deliver a wide range of statutory and routine PPMs, as well as reactive maintenance activities, in line with contract SLAs. Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism. Perform maintenance and reactive repairs across multiple disciplines, with an emphasis on electrical systems. Provide technical support, advice, and guidance to clients and team members. Produce accurate details of time and materials for minor works and support quoting processes. Ensure Maximo (CAFM system) is updated accurately via your tablet and that all time is accounted for on timesheets. Service Delivery Ensure excellent service delivery, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction. Keep clients and customers informed through regular updates and feedback. Report performance and project progress to the Technical Service Manager. Liaise with Account Support, Lead Engineers, Managers, and Sub-Contractors to deliver work to the highest standard. Support the safe delivery of all Salisbury works, including those carried out by service partners. Client & Team Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and Salisbury colleagues. Take ownership of the quality of work delivered, ensuring exceptional service at all times. Participate in call-out responsibilities out of hours as required by the roster. About You Qualifications, Certifications, and Training City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications. City & Guilds BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspect Electrical Qualification (Desirable). Full UK Driving License (Essential). Skills and Experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, particularly within a multi-site, multi-discipline service environment. Strong understanding of modern office software. Familiarity with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO or CAFM systems on Android tablets. At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing outsourcing environment.
