Role Overview: As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and pastoral staff to promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning. You will play a vital role in de-escalating challenging situations, providing one-to-one and small group interventions, and fostering a nurturing and structured environment where all students can thrive.
