GMP Recruitment are proud to be in partnership with a well-established, Worcester based Estate Agency. We are supporting their recruitment for a Sales and Lettings Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Previous experience is preferred; however, training can be given for this role. Strong customer service and sales skills are essential.
Hours of work can be negotiable, spread over 5 days Monday – Saturday but MUST include every Saturday, offering £24,000 upwards pending experience.
Sales and Lettings Assistant main duties:
* General admin duties to provide support within the business.
* Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries for sale and rental properties and directing to the correct person.
* Dealing with basic enquiries about properties for sale and arranging market appraisals, registering applicants and managing the applicant database.
* Diary Management
* Arranging and conducting viewings with buyers and tenants.
* Follow up calls and updating clients.
* Typing letters, emails and all appropriate documentation in accordance with department procedures.
Sales and Lettings Assistant required skills and experience:
* Experience in sales and customer service type roles.
* Good telephone manner.
* Able to work efficiently within a team, be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
* Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.
* Car owner with full, driving licence.
An immediate start can be available for the successful candidate.
