Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Digital Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the link between our clients and our digital teams, ensuring seamless communication, project alignment, and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage project timelines, and coordinate with our internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Understand client needs and business goals, providing guidance to help them achieve digital success.
* Project Coordination: Oversee project progress from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations. Collaborate with design, development, and strategy teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
* Strategic Planning and Execution: Work with clients to identify and develop digital strategies that align with their business objectives. Provide recommendations for improving digital presence, user engagement, and conversion rates.
* Budget and Timeline Management: Create, monitor, and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources. Proactively communicate any changes to clients and internal teams.
* Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client value by recommending additional services or upgrades. Work with clients to understand evolving needs and suggest relevant solutions from TH3’s portfolio.
* Client Training and Support: Provide clients with guidance on using digital tools, platforms, and best practices to maximise their success. Offer ongoing support and answer questions to ensure a positive client experience.
* Market and Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies. Share insights with clients and internal teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience: At least 3 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or a related field. Agency experience is a plus.
* Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including web design, SEO, PPC, and social media.
* Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience with project management tools (e.g. Trello) is desirable.
* Client-Focused Mindset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport. Proven ability to handle client needs and requests with empathy and professionalism.
* Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting digital metrics, identifying trends, and deriving actionable insights. Ability to create reports and presentations that convey complex data clearly and concisely.
* Problem-Solving Ability: Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they impact client satisfaction or project success.
* Adaptability: Comfortable with a flexible work environment and open to handling a variety of tasks. Capable of adapting to changes in client needs, project scope, and team dynamics.
Additional Desirable Skills
* Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot)
* Knowledge of WordPress for updating web elements
* Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation and user experience design principles
* Understanding of branding and content strategy
