Maternity cover, FY3 Year 5 maternity cover Blackpool FY3 Competitive rates of pay between £120-£150 per day Starting Monday 17th February 2025 A client school in Blackpool (FY3) is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated educator to fill a temporary Year 5 Maternity Cover position. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of this vibrant school in Blakcpool. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stage 2, with a focus on Year 5. - Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the Year 5 team and the school community. - Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to both students and parents. - Implement effective classroom management strategies to create an optimal learning atmosphere. Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. - Proven experience in teaching Key Stage 2, preferably with experience in Year 5.
